Brian brings over 15 years in equipment finance, from early credit and funding roles at CHG-MERIDIAN to a decade at First Financial Equipment Leasing, where he rose to Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development. Named to Monitor's 40 Under 40 as a NEXTGEN Leader, he pairs deep credit and risk expertise with sales-side fluency. A Wheaton College graduate, Brian sets the strategic direction behind Broadleaf's commitment to transparency and long-term partnership with every client.

Bennett is an accomplished finance leader and operator in high-growth equipment finance environments. As Chief Accounting Officer at Verdant Commercial Capital, Bennett led a multidisciplinary finance organization that managed approximately $500 million of warehouse lending capacity across three credit facilities and approximately $1 billion of public and private bond offerings, and directed finance and accounting operations through the company’s 2025 acquisition by a $30 billion publicly traded national bank. Bennett is a CPA with nearly nine years advising clients at Deloitte earlier in his career. Named in Monitor's 40 Under 40, he holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and a master’s in Accounting from The Ohio State University.

With extensive knowledge in credit and capital markets, Audrey has held senior risk management roles at major financial institutions over her career. As the Head of Credit at First Financial Equipment Leasing, she oversaw all underwriting and pricing activities, building on nearly a decade managing risk across a multi-billion-dollar credit portfolio at Wells Fargo. As Chief Risk Officer, she applies that same institutional-grade credit discipline to Broadleaf's process, ensuring clients receive a professional and transparent experience. Named in Monitor's 40 Under 40, Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

David brings more than two decades of experience in finance operations, most recently as Vice President, Operations Manager at First Financial Equipment Leasing, following operations leadership roles at Mitsubishi HC Capital, one of the industry's largest global lessors, and eCapital. Earlier in his career, he helped take MarCap Vendor Finance from a startup to over 50 employees and $200 million in funded volume in two years. His depth of experience across contracts, documentation, underwriting, and systems shapes how Broadleaf designs every process to build client confidence. David holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.
